This is a private 2-hr class on the fundamentals of plant-based cooking and includes 3 original recipes. Up to 3 people may attend; options available for bigger groups. Offered remotely via Zoom
28 Day Nutritional
This includes an initial Nutritional Assessment and a customized vegan meal plan with recipes, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations. Recommended for:
People who are confident in going vegan, or who are already familiar with plant-based eating
People that want a roadmap for establishing a healthy and nutrient-rich diet tailored to their needs. It is not an ongoing counseling service, and does not work on balancing the root cause of health concerns or working through lifestyle changes.
Presentations for schools, events, business training, etc. Talks are given on a variety of subjects and nutritional education including the importance of plant-based nutrition, the fundamentals of a plant-based diet, healing through food, meal planning, transition tools, etc
We will explore various diet plans (Paleo, Raw Food, Vegan, Vegetarian, Macrobiotic, Gluten-Free) After a comprehensive nutritional assessment we will have you focus on which plan works best for you.
We will provide Consultations on menu, recipe building, and meal-plans for individuals, schools/businesses, incorporating employee wellness programs, etc. The presentation can be done on Zoom or Whole Group.
Herbal Medicine Consultation
Herbal medicine uses plants and plant extract mixtures to treat illnesses and promote health. We will discuss various herbs and their uses, while looking at the pros and cons of herbs as medicine. We will also explore how to use herbs properly.
