1 12oz box Silken Firm Tofu
2tbs Cocoa Powder
1/3 cup Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until everything is completely smooth. Stop to scrape down the sides as necessary.
Pour the mousse into a glass jar or container and let chill for 2 hours or overnight. This will allow it to thicken.
