About the Recipe

Enjoy this dessert on a warm summer's day or a cool fall night. It's quick, easy and inexpensive to make.

Ingredients


  • 1  12oz box Silken Firm Tofu

  • 2tbs Cocoa Powder

  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup

  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Preparation

Step 1


Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until everything is completely smooth. Stop to scrape down the sides as necessary.


Step 2

Pour the mousse into a glass jar or container and let chill for 2 hours or overnight. This will allow it to thicken.
