About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 ⅓ cups Almond Breeze Vanilla almondmilk unsweetened

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • ¼ cup walnuts, cashews or almonds (Optional)

  • 3 tablespoons honey, malple syrup or other natural sweeetner

  • Optional Toppings (cinnamon, blueberries, bananas, raspberries.)

Preparation

  • Step 1

Stir together almondmilk, sweetner, cinnamon and oats in a medium bowl. Spoon into 2 small bowls or canning jars if desired. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours to overnight, or for up to 3 days.

  • Step 2

Before eating, top with optional toppings, if desired.
