Hello and Welcome
I will be sharing my recipes, fitness ideas and nutrition news with you. I have been asked several times, what I eat in a day as a Vegan. I am here to let you know what I eat, and my fitness routines, that allow me to stay in shape at 42 years old. I am also going to share my ideas for teaching homeschool students as well. I am a retired teacher and I homeschool my 9 year old, as well as run my business, as a personal chef and a partner with my husband in real estate investments.
